‘5,000 accidents happen every year’: Delhi court denies bail, extends custody of BMW crash accused Gaganpreet Makkad

NEW DELHI: A Delhi court on Wednesday denied bail to accused in recent BMW accident case in which senior finance ministry official Navjot Singh died.The court also issued a notice on a plea filed by Gagnpreet Makkad, the accused seeking preservation of CCTV footage of the incident.Meanwhile, her judicial custody was extended till Sept 27.
